CONCEPT

One can follow many roads to turn a promising player into a real champion.

What matters, in our sense, is to hold a strong belief in the approach we chose.

In our table tennis world, we meet many coaches who start from their vision of excellence, and then shape their player according to this vision. Of those, many reached recognised success, and many others got their player to a good level, but not to the top level.

For us, it is essential to start from the athlete, and guide him to find deep into himself what constitutes excellence.

We are convinced this approach fosters the player’s creativity and allows him to reach unexplored areas.

More than an approach, this is a philosophy where questions are more important than answers, where the player finds his own solutions and reaches total fulfilment with his sports practice.
To succeed on this quest, our work is to manage all the parameters that impact performance.

Training expert, technical, mental and fitness coach are all critical to the success of the project.

Physical preparedness must be at the intersection of table tennis requirements and the athlete’s intrinsic qualities.

Table tennis should permeate all physical training sessions, the athlete should understand the meaning of all exercises, and therefore their benefits.

To define the right physical work program, one must fully take into account the player unique attributes: his intrinsic physical qualities, his medical history and his game style.

Rigorous individual planning and work programs are essential to secure short term performance, as well as avoid future injuries.
